You will want to maintain this position for about 10 seconds. Now pull slowly and gently away from yourself as if you’re lengthening the shaft.
Do 20 reps and 5 sets. This exercise will not only stretch the PC ligament over a period of time, but it will break up fibrosis inside the cavity that prevents it’s full engorgement of blood.
